... no "Sand" coz the beach @ the resort was 'temporarily closed' for upgrading...we thot we were smart to avoid the crowd over the long Vesak Day weekend...
but little did we realize that there was this high profile Bintan Triathlon on the island!! All the ferries are fully booked, and the rooms too! They even have kids' version of the triathlon! They look really Cool with their bikes and gear.Luckily, we get to have the pool to ourselves while the triathletes were sweating it out on the other part of the island. =)
