Yikes!!! The eruption under the Eyjafjallajokull glacier on Iceland is causing serious impact on a global basis. :(Geez.. reading the papers this morning on how people around the world are affected by the volcanic eruption from a somewhat quiet part of the world.. not just business travelers are impacted.. wedding plans ruined, a lil' boy's hope for cure with treatment in USA delayed, organ transplant patients' hope dashed..
It's not a problem re-scheduling business meetings and working virtually. It's just a minor inconvenience if you can't have your favorite norwegian smoked salmon, etc from the supermarkets & restaurants, as we can always opt for other cuisines. But i really emphatize with those whose hopes are dashed/delayed... *bleah*
