The Laundry Line

Doing the Laundry...
can sometimes cause you heartbreak when the brand new white silk blouse gets additional pink spots when you pull it out from the washing machine. This happens when you don't separate the colors from the rest, ya?

Sometimes when you forgot to clear the tissue paper from the pockets, the entire laundry comes out 'furry' with white bits of tissue all over. :P

Thot sending my clothes to the dry cleaner makes life easier... but then, it gives me another set of things to worry... especially when the suits and clothes are Expensive and with unique designs! *bleah* The blouse that was supposed to be crinkled, they ironed until it's so smooth without crinkles until the fly would slip! The complicated pleated skirt, they also smoothen out Flat! I bought the skirt because of the unique pleats!!! I bought the top because of it's unique crinkles!!! *Faintz*

Another slant on Laundering ...
Read an article from one of
Mr Brown's postings... there's this senior economist from a prominent bank commenting that S'pore (when stripped to the core), is just a glorified money laundering centre for a neighboring country. Shortly after his frank (but politically incorrect) comment, this economist left the bank.
Hmmm... Key Financial Centres = Glorified $$ Laundering Centres?!
