The More We Get Together The Happier We'll Be

The favorite childhood nursery rhyme keeps running in my head the past few days.. as McDonald's launches its latest global Ad Campaign for the Olympics. Here's the link for the TV commercial. =)

McDonald's has a television spot airing now called "The More We Get Together" that juxtaposes a nursery-song rhyme against competitive moments with athletes of varied races and colors, none wearing national symbols. According to the chief marketing officer for McDonald's in North America, the company wanted to play up the universal themes of its fast-food restaurants, which are found in more than 100 countries. I totally agree with this comment... even if i may not be accustomed to the famous Beijing Duck or ZhaJiangMian, i can be rest assured that i'll still have the trusty McD's meals to rely on. :P
