
I find these sweet, chewy, colorful macarons irresistible... :P They come in various variety of flavors as you can see in the Mad Baker's blog.


My favorite is the pretty Ispahan macaron with the bits of lychee together with the raspberries in the filling between the chewy biscuits. Yumz.. : )

Looks simply to good to eat. Never try one yet.
Yeah, i also thot these colorful stuff too pretty to eat... always thot they're more for display than to enjoy as a dessert... until i was having Hi-Tea @ Mandarin Hotel's revolving restaurant. The spread was a English & French Hi-tea combo. I was curious why the kidz were so excited with those petite macarons and decided to try some myself. I was hooked since then... :P
The macarons by Bakerzin and obolo are really good too! But sooo expensive. My son can eat three at a go.
