Puppets' Playful Perspective on Politics, Purpose, & Porn

... on Avenue Q.
Avenue Q is an adult version of Sesame Street. Grew up with diet of sesame street shows on weekends, so was very curious what's in store for us in Avenue Q...
It's Hilarious with it's politically incorrect content, and outright openness on some of the topics.
Unlike the wholesome Sesame Street, there's Nudity, Four-Letter words, topics on homosexuality, racism, porn, one-night stands, finding Purpose in Life, etc.
I'm also very impressed with the excellent performance of the cast, and they can really sing and not get confused with the different puppets! :) The filipino actor/actress did a really good job in the accent as Gary Coleman (the child actor from Diff'rent Strokes).
Some of my favorites moments/scenes:
# Princeton broke off with Kate, coz he wants to find his purpose in life 1st before commintment to a relationship. Then one day he brought Lucy (the slut) back for a one-night stand, and bumped into kate. Kate sarcastically asked Princeton: "So, is her name Purpose?"
# Kate was singing the advance technology of internet and how it has improved our lives, and we have Trekkie Monster popping up to emphasize that Internet is for Porn, and totally grossing Kate out with his demo. :P
# Counting Numbers: they started flashing the counting numbers one by one, and everyone thot it's something like Count Dracula does, and were waiting eagerly.... until it hits 20... "20 minutes intermission!" *Pengz* Another scene was they flashed picture of "5 Night Stands" (the small table beside the bed), and then take away 4 of them to announce "1 Night Stand".. before continuing the scene of Princeton & Lucy (the slut) in his apartment. :P
It's so enjoyable, we didn't realized that 2.5 hrs have passed so quickly! Nice! :)

Tell her she must finish watching all the episodes of Sesame Street then can watch Avenue Q. Else, she won't understand the story.
Alternatively, try distracting her with the Muppets.. :)
