World Class Service (I)

Our World Class technocrats have come up with a brilliant solution to the perennial problem of long registration-to-consultation waiting time @ the polyclinics! ... POLYCLINIC WEBCAM.
Patients can access to the webcam via the Singapore HealthCare System website.
Statistics
I wonder do the folkz who came up with this wonderful system ever fall sick in their lives. Do they seriously think that the patient who is unwell still has the mood to analyze all those statistics??!
Erm, don't think i'm qualified to teach these folkz on the application of statistical analysis. But i think the organization can well afford to pay some specialist to analyze all these statistics and be able to gleen some Insights to the problems that can be solved more efficiently.
The poor patients have been very patient all these years, and these nice people are not that demanding, small baby steps towards better service and efficiency is good enough....
WebCam
I must be slow and myopic... this must be is a smart way of leveraging technology??
Bimbo Suggestion: It's quite EERIE to view the webcam at night after the clinic is closed. *shudderz* You can still have your security CCTV switched on, but shut down the webcam after clinic office hours, can?
So, i wonder if this initiative is gonna be a waste of precious resources again...

I feel is is good money wasted. Better spend it on paying for more doctors to be available.

Alternatively, review and tweak the operations in the clinics.
