RUN...

... with the Expert in Bone Nutrition. :) To create awareness of Osteoporosis and the Importance of Bone Health, there's this Anlene Orchard Mile for Ladies Only on 10June. The distance for the run is 1 mile = 1.6km, from Dhoby Ghaut mrt station to Orchard station. Frankly speaking, i don't think this is exactly much of a challenge.. especially when you compare many S'porean ladies trudging the malls along orchard road during the Great S'pore Sale. If you measure the total distance walked, floor by floor, in all the malls on both sides of orchard road from Forum Shopping Mall all the way to Plaza Singapura... i think can qualify as a marathon by itself already! And to cover the entire distance in Heels!! It's no mean feat, y'know? :P
Nope, i'm Not gonna run the mile... but may drop by for a free Bone Scan and free yogurt and milk. :P Juz kena a lecture by Dr during lunch time, that i should load up on calcium with the daily 1,000mg intake. For people at such relatively young age, it is not good to have a -1.2 T-score for bone density. *bleah*
