Cool Candy Color

Nice, UNIQUE color for a phone, ya? :) It's one of the upcoming phones from SonyEricsson.
Getting tired of the N73... Within 9 months, made me visit the Nokia Service Centre @ Wheelock Place TWICE already. *sulkz*
1st visit: Address Book
Kept telling fren (who is a devout Nokia phone user) that Nokia's phonebook is Weird. But she attributed it to the problem of the Bimbo User. *sulkz* Demonstrated the tedious way of scrolling and searching for names (to show her what i meant), but she concluded that the phone set was faulty!! So, i went down to the svc centre. The staff attending to me explained that it's the latest "intelligent" technology. *Rollz Eyes* ... So the "Bimbo User" is stuck with the phone and has to try to get used to this intelligent phone.
2nd Visit: Ringtone and SMS
I've selected my ringtone to a cute, chirpy tone/melody. However, for the past couple of months, the phone has been getting cranky and sometimes switches to the default Nokia Ringtone. And i ended up missing several calls coz i didn't recognize the ringtone. There were several times where i didn't realize that it was my phone that was ringing and was grumbling which blur bloke was not answering his/her phone.
SMS... *Sighz*... it's Ultra Slow!!! D, who subsequently bought the N73 (despite my negative feedback on the phone), and has also made several trips to the svc centre to fix the phone... told me that after upgrading to the latest software, the SMSes are now "Faster".
So, i got the Nokia staff to upgrade the software for me too. The SMSes are now a teeny wee bit faster than before, but during the upgrade, i ended up with several names in the addressbook missing!! YS didn't buy my story when i told him that his number disappeared again from the phonebook. *bleah*
The only saving grace of the N73 is it's camera function. The pictures/photos are pretty good quality. And that's the key reason why i'm stilling holding on to this problematic phone. I'm gonna switch back to Sony Ericsson. At least they design their phones, with an intelligent user in mind. I just hafta wait for a new model that i like. Looking forward to the launch of T650i, and keeping my fingers crossed that the features and functions are decent for me to switch over. The techie AsiaCNET website has not done any review of this new phone yet... but at least i like the cool unique colors already. :)
