In business/corporate world, there are a slew of Psychometric tests for the selection process, development plans, etc as tools to develop talents, determine right fit to the organization, team building, employee engagement, etc. Have always been skeptical regarding such tests, as i always feel that it's dependent on the individual's degree of self-awareness and perception. And i'm one of those who can really answer consistently depending on my mood at the point of time when i'm taking the test. Of course i can score a consistency rate of 96%! Anywayz, this topic often turns into a long debate whenever i'm made to do the test and have the expert going thru' the interpretation of my results... :P

On the lighter side, there are those personality tests found in the internet to know more about yourself. : ) You know you've got those where u need to choose an animal in a described scenario, and it's supposed to symbolize smthg, etc.... not sure of the reliability of such tests, but it can be pretty FUN, especially when you're taking a break at work : )
