Frozen Experiment

Location: Singapore
Geographic coordinates: 1°17'N 103°51'E
Climate:
Tropical. Hot. Humid. Rainy.
Two distinct monsoon seasons - Northeastern monsoon (December to March) and Southwestern monsoon (June to September);
Inter-monsoon - frequent afternoon and early evening thunderstorms

We are juz above the Equator. It's supposed to be SUMMER all year round, with monsoon rain some of the time. But it's damn FREEZING COLD @ the office *Brrrrrr* .... I bet it's hovering below 18°C and my skin feels drier lately too. And it doesn't help when it's raining cats and dogs outside now.

Anyway, the folkz on my floor are frequent travelers, and the office has been pretty empty this few weeks. Hmmm... Come to think of it, maayyybeee someone has noted that the girls are coming to work in sleeveless tops and skimpy dresses... so purposely adjusted the temperature of the central air-con to make sure that the staff are dressed in proper suits or risk being frozen to death. :P

heehehe... i might as well treat this opportunity as good 'training' to climatize my body to winter temperatures... so that i can go for my holiday in December! :P
... now, juz need to convince my boss that i can't participate in the Standard Chartered Marathon, so that i can have peace of mind to plan my winter holiday. Don't wanna waste that S$32 registration fee, and also deny another genuine keen runner the opportunity to run. If i ever run in a marathon, Pigs will Fly, i tell ya!!!
