Dream House

In the rush to build the dream house to keep up with the Joneses, it may mean that you have to renovate/repair everything all @ the same time... even tear the whole house down to bare skeleton and rebuild.
However, you must talk things through with the designers/ architects/ suppliers, etc...
Plan your Strategy and priorities, and make sure everything is within your budget. Agree on the critical areas that need repairs 1st, and those quick wins that need a lil' touch-up to look brand new.

Don't keep changing your mind!
It's such a Confusing Mess, trying to build such a House when you keep changing your specs. :(
No wonder the architect is upset, the interior designers are confused, the painter is quitting, and the carpenter is pissed!
